Nice, indeed. A better implementation of vegetation in Quake was long needed. This seems a step in the rioht direction.

Very cool. It reminded me quite a bit of Serious Sam The Second Encounter.

There are the seeds here of something really enjoyable, but since the only actual map here is the start map, with 36 kills, we’ll have to wait to see what grows out of it. Gameplay was fun, and my main quibble would be that there’s no obvious visible way to tell which trees you can run right through, and which block you. I’ll look forward to seeing a whole map, or better still, episode in this style.

Yeah this is a neat concept I guess, but it needs a layout and gameplay touchup to make it more interesting to play.
