Nicely executed, but feels like extreme whiplash immediately after playing Something Wicked This Way Comes! For 1997, though, it’s really good, so it wouldn’t be fair to award less than four stars. Inventive and careful use of scenery.

I can’t actually run this map. How do I play it?

What precisely goes wrong? Can you play other maps from this site? How do you do so? What happens different when you try to play this one?

In order to play it you have to have your launch options set up as “quake -game zoom9”. Open up the console and then type “map zoom9”.

Unsure why this was highly rated. I did not even get to enjoy fighting the custom new monsters since 90% of them had their back turned to me. Finished them off with a super shotgun pretty quickly before they could even move.

Map was fairly short and super easy. Mini boss was not challenging. Overall feel underwhelmed.

I can’t see where all the praise comes from. This was quite a dull exercise. Arquitecture was nice but kind of disjointed, and gameplay was a series of one-on-one fights against modified (but still weak) grunts.
