Godfreys Demesne on The Quake Grave
Really well done map here! The map feels very much like an original id style map that also includes some contemporary design – probably due to Progs Dump being the mod used. The overall design of the map is just a good old fashioned Quake castle. It starts off very easy and simple but the difficulty ramps up quickly with ambushes corner every corner and ultimately leading you to a zombie maze complete with fiends. I probably broke the way this map was intended to be played a couple times as I was cheesing some of the monsters, but I still had a lot of fun with this one.
BTW, does brown water cerate green light? I love the green lighting used in some parts of the map, but the water was brown for me so it looked off.

Good combat encounters and nicely looking map
Fun and pacy map. Clean medieval visuals with cool shimmering lighting and architecturally plausible texturing - masonry and brick walls (often in two-toned combinations), and wooden lofts above.
The spaces seem open and tall, but it soon became clear that lines of sight and escape routes are tightly designed. The setups pull you in with tempting resources so monsters can flank you. I also liked being wrong-footed by progs_dump’s alternate ogres.
In the last third, resources get very tight and I used a mix of save-loading, cowardice and finding alternate solutions, which was pretty satisfying. The zombie + grenade launcher trope is executed stylishly and tensely.
Nice work!

I enjoyed this without quite understanding why the previous commenters were so very enthusiastic as they were. I’d class it as competent in every way, but not especially inspired.
Also, there’s a nasty bug near the end. If, like me, you’re a cautious player, then you find yourself locked out of, rather than into, the last chamber — and then there is no way to complete the map, even though there are only three monsters left.

Config in release has some options which are not supposed here: screen resolution and mouse sensvity for example. My screen does not support 1920x1080, so this option must not be in config. Fix it please

@‘Vasya shkolnik’, you can safely delete the “config.cfg” file of a mod or replace that file with your “config.cfg” of choice, for example one taken from the “id1” software. The “config.cfg” is a file that will get recreated by the engine, as soon as you launch the game or mod in question.

@triple_agent yes, of course, I can delete this file. Also I think, it is not a correct mod’s behaviour (my screen turned to unsupported mode) and it is not a correct answer to issue.
