Plenty of big, spacious rooms, without much going on. Has no exit.

Lots of info_player_deathmatch in the bsp so likely intended as a deathmatch map, with monsters thrown in for fun. Seems like you have to go underwater to reach the elevator to reach the upper levels. Near that elevator is a wall that can be shot through but not walked through.
