I like many of the map’s individual elements, like its naturalistic caverns and clever secrets, but it’s too small and cramped to accommodate all of the various ideas that are present. In particular, the map’s size makes the transition from cavern to castle feel far too abrupt.

short, the ammo was on point. Didn’t know how to get the quad though

Average quake that is quick to play trough and has believable architecture and level design. There are plenty of secrets for the player to discover and the combat within the map is pretty good as well. Overall a fairly standard quake map that is playable and i would give this map a three out of five rating and say it is worth a quick download as it does not take long to complete.

Quite a good map for 1997. A bit blockier than ID maps, but otherwise quite faithful to the source material. Didn’t figure out any of the secrets, but you’ll probably do just fine without them, regardless; not a very hard map. Overall, an all-around decent map that’s just a bit too short. Maybe I’d rate it 2,5/5.
