The first, Base themed map is kind of cool with its nonlinear layout. It seemed the more polished of the two and even has a bit of a narrative. The second, Metal themed map is more standard linear, but has more challenging combats and enemy variety. Both are classic old school style and cleanly done. It’s too bad that the episode is unfinished, because they’re solid maps and there’s nice progression.
