I got stuck at yellow keycard door.
Can jump out of the window of the starting 'room' to grab an invis. The hellknight on top might not let you pass him without a fight though!
In the room with the bridge over water, there's a secret door on the side. Within is a quad and yellow armor, along with 2 spawn guarding both! There's another secret in the same room, on the floor just before the bridge, activated by attacking it. Contains a nailgun.
Right next to the gold key there is a secret door containing a super nailgun.
