35 minutes of pure Quake.

Loved the mix between Base and Necropolis. The GL area with the Zombies reminded me of E2M10, a.k.a. DMC1M7 – Lost Entrance To The Dismal Oubliette. Really nice vibes.

Yes, very nice! I felt a little let down that there is only one trip into the Lovecraft world, but I think that is the fault of the write-up setting my expectations, not the fault of the map itself. When I entered the final area, I thought that last combat would be horrifically difficult, but it turned out that I only lost three or four health points, as it was possible to take the monsters on basically one by one. Lots of fun.
