better than the map basic castle from the same author, finding the exit was difficult and there was very strange texture work and level design. I would say skip the map as there are better quake maps to play.

A bit confusing gameplay, cramped interiors… But overall not that bad and may be worth a quick old quake blast. However, finding the exit may be a pain in the ass.

Of the 3 earliest maps on Quaddicted, this one actually flows decently well and was fun to explore. The looping nature of the map would have been more interesting if there was more guidance as to where you should go next. My runtime was 18 minutes which wasn’t fun since I was searching for the final gate. If you’re back here at the bottom of the barrel, this is a decent one.
