I’m coming to this late, but I found a huge amount of gameplay here, much of it in quite a consistent style. It took me a long time to finish all sixteen maps, even though no one of them was all that big, and there was a lot of fun to be had. That said, very few memorable places or moments, which I guess is inherent in the old-school theme.
My favourite is possibly Bloodbath - by Grue (q25lgrue) because of its extreme, but mostly fair, difficulty. It kept me on my toes, and required a lot of reloads.
