Well, this is insanely long and somehow still not annoying map.
Skill is required. It’s really hard.
I have NO idea how to run this monster. Quakespasm seems unable to load it… mod_numknown == MAX_MOD_KNOWN
Quakespasm isn’t supported, it needs the most recent versions of either Ironwail or VkQuake basically
Well that’s annoying. We might need something more specific than “May require an engine with increased limits / BSP2 support” since that describes most of the current Quake 1 engines in some way or another.
That would be great and your ideas would be highly appreciated! Maybe a forum thread to brainstorm would be helpful? I could this either as people declaring which engines (and versions) are supported or which actual capabilities are needed (more technical and future-proof, but hard work).
More like 7 out of 5, the absolute best Quake creation I have ever played, work of art. Art that you will get swallowed by and chewed up by. Everything is beyond great - architecture, music, lighting, combat. I don’t understand how one person created the entire thing. Huge, twisted, dark. So incredibly dark, oh my god. Must be played on easy and even then you will die many times. My only complain is that it’s easy to miss some of the runes and then be completely clueless as to where they possibly could be hah.
