This map was shorter than I would have liked, but aside from a few strange choices (RL? Why not GL?) I enjoyed it. The enemy counts can be a bit on the high side in certain areas, almost guaranteeing that the player will take either a significant amount of damage or have to crawl through at a snail’s pace, but generally it’s an enjoyable romp as you chew through lower level enemies with a NG.

I do wish more had been done at the end though; as scar3crow pointed out, there isn’t really anything exciting about the gold key or what comes afterwards.

Short and sweet, even though I did in fact crawl through the gauntlet section at a snail’s pace.

Cool layout, decent gameplay, great visual style. Looks especially good with palletised lighting.
