The map definitely plays out like a deathmatch map converted to single play (even if the conversion was done half decently). It doesn’t quite flow and there isn’t much guiding the player to the right direction, but since the map is so short you can’t really get lost either.

Still, it looks fairly good for the time and the little there is to play, it’s enjoyable enough. I think I’d rate it 2+ or 2.5/5.

Overall, it’s not awful, like other two out of fives, it’s just really simple. You can tell the author did an honest effort.
