There is no actual way of selecting Nightmare difficulty, as the corridor just leads to a joke teleporter that places the player in an unescapable trap. Pretty difficult to get all kills, since there is no ammo or weapons.

I like the concept, but the execution is not very fun to play. Took me a while to notice the really small platform that you need to jump on, to progress.
