Yes you can get the silver key.In one room theres a upper path,with blue square red arrow pointing up.get on to upper path press red button thats on it,now double back to the start point,your see a open tunnel path that the red button opened,follow path,it will take you to a ledge,follow ledge along and drop down to get the silver key.
To press the silver key button, you must approach the column with the vent texture on it and jump. A wind push will propel you onto the platform.
