Added an option to disable loading the database each time the utility is launched (enabled in the settings). The database is updated very infrequently. There's no point in loading it every time, especially if you have a slow internet connection.
You can update the database manually. Click the update button in the upper right corner and select "Update Database."

Updated filter for displaying maps/mods. (Screenshots were added to the database and were displayed in the list of mods\maps). Now only archives of maps/mods that can be installed are shown.
When the 'Install archive' button was clicked and the 'Do Not show archive installation clue in QMLauncher' option was enabled, the installation in QMLauncher did not start - fixed.

- Select an image file in Windows Explorer and click "Copy" or press CTRL+C.
- Copy an image from your browser (right-click the image and select "Copy image").
- Copy an image to the clipboard from any image editor or viewer.
- In QuaddictedTool, right-click the screenshot and select "Paste cover from clipboard".
