No need to pay anyone anything!
You cannot upload, all additions go through me. 
You can mail me at “spirit ât quaddicted døt com” or upload it to http://www.quaketastic.com/?dir=files/singleplayer/maps (Username: quaketastic, Password: igguratVertigoBlewTronynsSocksOff), then tell me.
Use standard ZIP. Make sure no files with the name already exist. Make sure to include a readme text file. Name the text file the same as the bsp or zip. If you want, mail me beforehand and I will help you make the perfect zip archive.
