I imagine that you will really have to look hard to find them. I’m not aware of any parkour maps, but following video might help point you in the right direction for rocket jump / trick maps …

I think they are called “freestyle” maps in the QW community, you can find at least some if you search for files with “free” in their names in https://maps.quakeworld.nu/all/

I really recommend specificially Colossus map out of Explore Jam 3. It’s exactly what you’re looking for - parkoir rocket jumps map. And it’s great! Really unique map - it looks great & plays great. Big recommend!
