Those textures were not created by Quaddicted, we are just hosting them. So we cannot give you any kind of license for commercially using them.
Some are original creations, some are “rips” from other games or collections. You will have to look at all the individual license terms to check if they allow commercial use.
Lack of a license means that you can not commercially use them. If you did not know that, I highly recommend reading up on copyright laws.
The Licensing thoughts thread is not relevant to your plans. The line you quoted is about “database rights”, which is a specific term.
